Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By using the websites, account linking, Discord bots, dashboards, or related technical services operated by CORE for the Citramaria community, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use those services.

2. Services

CORE operates technical services used by the Citramaria community, including public websites, Discord bots, Discord-to-Roblox account linking, rank and role synchronisation, Brotherhood progression systems, missions, events, patrols, lawbook tools, staff administration, bot-status tools, and related infrastructure. These Terms govern those technical services; they do not state or imply that CORE owns Citramaria as a community.

3. Eligibility and connected platforms

You must meet the eligibility and age requirements of Discord, Roblox, and any community server or group you use. Citramaria does not replace the terms or rules of those platforms.

4. Account linking

You may only link accounts that belong to you or that you are expressly authorised to manage. You must not impersonate another person, submit false ownership information, or attempt to take over another member's link. Staff overrides may be available for legitimate support cases and are audited.

5. Roblox and Discord automation

Authorised systems may read supported Roblox group memberships and ranks and may add, remove, promote, demote, or otherwise manage group roles where the relevant approval rules permit it. Discord roles and nicknames may also be added, removed, or updated automatically according to per-server rules. Automated actions may be delayed or fail if Discord, Roblox, hosting, or network services are unavailable.

6. Progression and community records

Valor, merits, ranks, promotions, mission completions, event records, patrol records, inactivity notices, arrests, AoS entries, lawbook records, or similar community records are administrative records for Citramaria communities. They do not create an employment relationship, financial entitlement, property right, or guarantee of permanent rank or access.

7. User submissions

You are responsible for evidence, text, images, links, and other material you submit. You must have the right to submit it and must not use the services to distribute unlawful, malicious, invasive, or unauthorised material. Do not submit unnecessary sensitive personal information.

8. Staff and administrative access

Administrative functions are restricted to authorised users. Staff permissions may differ by Discord server, role, division, or feature. You must not attempt to use functions you have not been granted. Higher-risk actions such as removals, exiles, or senior promotions may require multiple approvals. Owner emergency overrides may exist and are audited.

9. Bot operations panel

The private bot-operations service is restricted to the configured owner account. It may expose service status, recent process logs, and fixed start, stop, or restart controls. It does not grant a general-purpose remote shell. Attempts to bypass that restriction or execute unauthorised commands are prohibited.

10. Acceptable use

You must not:

• use CORE-operated services for unlawful, abusive, malicious, or harmful activity;
• bypass authentication, permissions, approvals, rate limits, or other safeguards;
• interfere with, overload, exploit, reverse engineer for abuse, or disrupt the services;
• submit false account, rank, activity, evidence, or identity information;
• use another person's credentials, tokens, account link, or administrative access;
• attempt to obtain secrets, bot tokens, database credentials, or restricted records;
• use the services to harass, expose, or improperly collect information about another person.

11. Community rules

These Terms govern the technical services. Individual Citramaria communities, factions, divisions, Discord servers, Roblox groups, or games may have additional rules, lawbooks, procedures, or moderation standards. Those rules may affect your community membership or rank independently of these Terms.

12. Availability and changes

Services are provided on an available basis. Features may be changed, paused, migrated, or discontinued. We do not guarantee continuous uptime, permanent storage, or uninterrupted access. Planned changes should preserve important records where reasonably possible, but backups and migrations can still fail.

13. Suspension and removal

Access to account linking, websites, bots, dashboards, Roblox groups, Discord roles, or community systems may be restricted or removed for misuse, security concerns, community disciplinary action, loss of eligibility, or violation of applicable rules. Where the platform uses an approval process, authorised reviewers may approve or deny actions according to configured policy.

14. Third-party services

The services depend on third-party platforms and infrastructure including Discord, Roblox, domain/DNS providers, hosting providers, and other service providers. CORE is not responsible for outages, restrictions, API changes, account actions, or other failures caused by those third parties. Your use of those platforms is also subject to their own terms.

15. Privacy

Personal information is handled as described in the Citramaria Privacy Policy.

16. Intellectual property

These Terms do not claim ownership of Citramaria as a community. Website code, branding, written material, configuration, and other original content remain owned by their respective creators or licensors unless stated otherwise. Third-party names, game material, platform assets, and trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.

17. No warranties

To the extent permitted by law, the services operated by CORE are provided without warranties that they will be uninterrupted, error-free, permanently available, or suitable for every purpose. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.

18. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, CORE is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from service outages, data loss, bot downtime, third-party platform failures, community rank changes, or unauthorised use outside our reasonable control. This section does not limit liability where the law does not allow it to be limited.

19. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as the services change. The current version and update date will be published here. Continued use after an update means the revised Terms apply from that point, subject to applicable law.
